I found this item curbside in my Glover Park neighborhood of D.C. It was dirty, with soil and leaves on it, and painted a dull silver-gray, much more like the moon than the sun. I cleaned it up with soap and water and a wire brush. Then I refinished it with gloss “Sun Yellow,” “Real Orange,” and “Apple Red” spray paint by Rust-Oleum, aiming for smooth/blended transitions between the colors. I hope you’ll agree it seems a lot warmer and sunnier now. Would you like it to warm up your home?
